| 内容記述 | 本稿は論者が38年間にわたる教育関係の職にあって、生徒と共に論者自身も教師として啓発されたこと、または教える過程で遭遇した様々な経験をもとにして、学びにかかわる調査資料を交えながら、人が生涯を通じて学び続ける原動力を探ろうとするものである。学ぶことと教えることは相反する事項に考えられがちであるが、実に巧妙に影響しあっている。学習が成立する条件を探り、現在の教育の主なねらいは、どのような仮説を立て、いかに論を進めていくか、その論点と研究内容を明らかにすることにある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper recounts some experiences the writer had during 38 years as a teacher and examines the learners' motive power throughout their lives. "For what reasons do people learn?"" What makes people study or learn?" I suppose it is a simple and natural question, but I have researched this theme from the perspective of lifelong education. The present state of students' learning atmosphere is not always adequate. I hope this paper will give some suggestions about learning power through lifelong education and present some ideas on educational prospects in the future. | |||||
