| 内容記述 | The effects of acculturative stress are becoming more important in today’s society as it becomes ever simpler for people and companies to move between countries. With this in mind, this study examined some of the major factors that have been discovered to have an impact on acculturative stress in immigrant populations, including perceived second language ability, cultural orientation, life satisfaction, and social support. To test the relationship between each of these factors and acculturative stress in a sojourner population, descriptive analysis was performed on a sample of twenty-seven Japanese sojourners working in England. Social support and life satisfaction were found to have the greatest relationship with stress in this sample. | |||||
