First, I described the common \ncharacteristics of Neo-Freudians. Second, I stated Fromm’s and Honey’s criticisms of Freud. \nThird, I summarized the philosophies of Fromm and Horney. Fourth, I elucidated why they \nchose specific values as the important ones for humans from their life experiences, cultural \nbackgrounds, and the zeitgeist of their time.
